Also pictured here are the tour boats, departing every hour for trips on the lake and trips can also be arranged (also departing from here) for Innisfallen Island. Ross Castle was built in the 15th century and today it still contains 16th and 17th century furniture. Access to the castle is restricted to guided tours.
