  The Ring of Kerry
The Ring of Kerry is a coastal route along the Iveragh Peninsula in the south of the county, some suggest it begins and ends in Killarney although my preferred starting point is Kenmare. It includes some of the most scenic drives in the country, has abundant holiday accommodations, historic sites and pristine beaches not forgetting of course the Skellig rocks which have now attained World Heritage status although the trip to Skellig is not for the faint hearted.
